Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Club L London look, but if it's not quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the completed dispatch note inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
